2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on several factors, including the delivery method and the weight of your order. You will be provided with an estimate of shipping costs before you complete your purchase at checkout.

  • For domestic orders, you can choose from different shipping methods (e.g., standard, expedited) based on your preferences.
  • For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

Free Shipping Offers:

  • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150.00 within the United States. Please check specific promotional offers for other potential free shipping opportunities. Free Shipping does not include large or heavy items. 

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

Please allow 12 hours for the tracking number to be updated in the carrier's system.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We also do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any other similar shipping addresses unless specified in the product description or checkout options.


6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at orders@limitlessgraphixllc.com. Please attach your order number in the email. 
  • We are unable to reroute shipments once they have been dispatched.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your order is lost or damaged, please follow the steps below:

  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact the carrier with the tracking number for more information. If the carrier is unable to locate the package, please contact us for further assistance.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt and provide photos of the damage. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it by either offering a replacement or refund.

  • Missing Items: If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. We will check your order and work with you to address the issue.


8. International Orders and Customs

For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.

  • We recommend that you check with your local customs office to understand any additional charges that may apply before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned to us due to failure to clear customs or failure to pay duties, we will issue a refund for the product(s) minus any shipping costs and return fees.

9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to:

  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • High demand periods (e.g., holidays, sales events)
  • Carrier issues or delays

If your package is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the delivery time exceeds 3 days, please contact us to investigate further.

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will attempt to accommodate your change. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
